The 6 AM capture
How a dispatcher at a small drayage company takes per diem proof with the DDClear extension, from the first click at 6:41 AM to a dispute ready weeks later. The terminal, lines and company are fictional.
6:41 AM. The terminal's empty-returns page is open, with DDClear in the side panel.
You scroll
DDClear never scrolls, clicks or draws on the terminal's page. It lives in the side panel and the toolbar icon, and needs no portal password.
One press, one picture
Nothing is saved until you press Capture. After each picture the panel shows a checklist and one sentence, and a marked-up review copy of anything missing. The saved picture is never marked up.
You send the dispute
When an invoice arrives, DDClear matches the billed days to your captures and prepares the dispute for you to send.
Mock for illustration. Bayside Container Terminal, Northstar Lines, Pacific Crest, Atlas Ocean, Meridian and Rivera Drayage are fictional names.
