Forward the bill
How a dispatcher at a small drayage company forwards a per diem bill to DDClear, sends the dispute it drafts from her own email, and gets a report at month end. Every company, person, address and number here is fictional.
A per diem bill arrives. Rosa forwards it to DDClear. That's the first step.
You forward the bill
Forward any per diem or detention bill to invoicechecker@getddclear.com. Two models read every field, and code checks each value against the page and the math before it counts. The rules engine decides what is disputable.
You send the dispute
DDClear never sends a dispute or contacts the line. It drafts the dispute for you to send, from your own email, in your name.
Two lines first
Every verdict starts the same way: pay the undisputed amount by a date, dispute the rest by a date. Each problem comes in plain English, with its rule.
Mock for illustration. Rivera Drayage, Northstar Lines, the Port of Bayside and every person and address shown are fictional. The monthly report shows example figures.
